Honestly, I’m already pretty close to my dream role. I’m a FullStack Engineer at Capia in Tromsø, and I’ve got complete freedom over the frontend—which is exactly what I wanted. I get to work with a tech stack I actually enjoy (TypeScript, React, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Tanstack stack 💛), ship clean UIs, and focus on great developer experience. Good UI + Good DX = Nathan happy.

My dream isn’t about titles or big companies. It’s about:

• Building products that matter (or at least aren’t soul-crushing B2B dashboards, lol)
• Working with a small, sharp team where I can lead on frontend and UI
• Using modern, sensible tech (no more Styled Components or Azure web apps, please)
• Shipping fast, iterating quickly, and actually seeing impact
• And yeah, living near epic mountains for snowboarding 🏂

So right now? I’m living it. Just add more steep backside 180s in Lyngen, and we’re golden.
